The Introduction Art of Noticing Workshop is designed to teach basic photography skills as well as how to use the camera as a tool for self-discovery, mindfulness, and cultivating gratitude and awareness. 

Participants will: Practice breathing and mindfulness skills, learn and practice the basics of composition in photography, connect to the presence of the moment, practice attentive looking, and dive into the relationship between the photographer and that which is being photographed.
